If Gnomes could fly, this would be the birdhouse for them. We have lots of hummingbird and other small birds around where we live. So the Gnomes Birdhouse is sized for them. This birdhouse is elegant, functional and easy to print. It is visually beautiful, especially printed in translucent PLA, it really shows off the default honeycomb internal structure of MakerWare 2.2. This could function as yard ornament as well.
Instructions
- Print with MakerWare 2.2 - Standard resolution setting (10% infill, 2 shells, 0.20mm layer). No Support, no raft.
- Trim off the built in support around the opening once printing is completed.
- Hang the Gnomes Birdhouse.
